Bay Trail Strategic Plan

Zander Westbrook Design worked with Toole Design Group to develop a Bay Trail Strategic Plan that defined the project’s mission, vision, principles, and outcomes. The team worked closely with Metropolitan Transportation Commission (MTC) staff and stakeholders to collectively shape the plan’s four goals.

The Bay Trail Strategic Plan aims to create a unified, consistent trail network that enhances the user experience and addresses the diverse contexts and challenges along the trail.
