Cloverdale Bluffs Coastal Trail Access

San Mateo County, California

Zander Westbrook Design is working with the Peninsula Open Space Trust (POST), State Parks and San Mateo County Parks to develop design plans for a segment of California Coastal Trail on the Cloverdale Bluffs Property. The design will include approximately 2 miles of new coastal trail, up to 9 creek/drainage crossings, and connections to existing beach access.

Cloverdale Bluffs is a 130-acre property located on the southern San Mateo County coast between the Pigeon Point Light Station State Historic Park and Año Nuevo State Park. Cloverdale Bluffs Coastal Trail will become part of the California Coast Trail 1,200-mile network of public trails along the California coastline, designed for various users.
